1970’s Blue with rainbow threading shirtwaist dress Content: polyester (thin) Size: M/L Bust: 38-40” Hips: 27-34” Shoulders: 14” Length (CB to hem): 43” Back waist length: 17” Armseye: 18” Bicep: 12” CONDITION: one 1/16” hole at top of left shoulder. Interfacing behind button lap is starting to crumble. “Pearl” coating on buttons has flaked away to leave white on most. One small 1/8” snag on ruffle.
