1970's Handmade Blue and White Long-Sleeve Dress With Geometric White Border

Lovely handmade dress from the 1970's. Unknown fabric but a thicker weave. White border along front panel and on the sleeve cuffs. Please see photos for details and dimensions and please don't hesitate to ask any questions. Small spot on side of seam by hem of skirt where the seam was restitched.
