1970s Handmade Lavender Tiered Dress (Medium)

This beautiful vintage dress is handmade and adorned with a delicate lace collar and sleeves. The material is thin and sheer. There is no stretch in the material, please reference measurements to ensure best fit. The waist is belted with a long sash to create shape.
