1930s-inspired belted blouson shirt-dress by Kevin Stuart Petites. Mauve purple with matching adjustable skinny belt. Ruffled jabot collar with high neckline and tie neck. Half-button front closure. Puff shoulders. Long sleeves. Flared skirt hits at knee. Slinky semi-sheer fabric - recommended to be worn with a full slip. Waist is elastic and can be worn without belt if belt does not fit. Union-made by International Ladies’ Garment Workers’ Union (ILGWU). 100% polyester. Made in USA. Great vintage condition. No holes, stains, or odors.
