1970's Matthew JoEd Sophisticates cape sleeves Cocktail Maxi Dress sz 18

Union label says 1974-1995, feels 70’s for sure. Mathew Jo Ed Sophisticates woman’s light earthy pink, semi sheer dress. No material tag, likely polyester. Wide V neck front with sheer extensions on the arms that flow just right. Embroidery focal design in front where the fabric is gathered. Says dry clean only. It could probably use a cleaning, might be OK hand washed. Just a few tiny marks here and there. And a tiny hole that’s probably very easy to fix. size 18 Measurements are only an estimate, very difficult to get an accurate measurement. Length is about 60” 19.5” pit to pit
