1970's Merrywear plaid fringed wool kids jacket from Ireland apx size 6-8

Adorable vibrant plaid vintage wool coat with hood. Estimating to be girls size 6-8. These colors would be absolutely adorable for fall pictures of a special little girl. I found this by chance at a sale of an elderly woman's home where there were no other children's items. This must have been packed away for a very long time as a special sentimental item. Label 1- Merrywear, Ennis Co Clare, Tailored in Rep. of Ireland Label 2- Foxford Fabric 100% wool, Providence Made in the Rep of Ireland Measurements laid flat: Arm pit to arm pit 17" Outer sleeve length from shoulder 14" Shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 14" Inner seam of sleeve length 8.5" The outside of the coat shows absolutely no signs of wear. The surface of the wool still has than new feel to it. No wear marks or detectable flaws. The pockets and fringe are perfect which is where I would expect to see some signs of use. The only flaws are some in the lining from age and a repair done on one of the armhole seams. If it were not for this I would swear it had never been worn as it is in such well preserved condition for its age.
