1970’s Prom Dress w/ Matching Bow, Handmade (discoloration along the bottom)

This is a gorgeous prom dress! The fabric is heavy and high quality. The dress is well made, but the inside seams and stitching is definitely a little messy. There is some staining along the hem that may come out if dry cleaned. This dress is quite small — I would say XS (see measurement photos)
