Three ring binder with tabbed sections including general instructions on how use your microwave, cooking hints and wonderful recipes from appetizers to vegetables. The spine of the has a little bit of flaking of the plastic coating. *1977 Woman’s Day Microwave Cookbook No. 1 Magazine. Filled with recipes and illustrations. There is a special section titled “Buyers’ and Users’ Guide To Microwave Cooking” explaining how a microwave works, which utensils to use and how to adapt conventional recipes to microwave cooking.
