1970s Tie Waist Dress! Great Print

This vintage 70s dress. I believe its cotton (non-stretch), but can't find a fabric or size tag. Has attached belt thar ties around (with string belt loops on the sidd) It's union made in USA. SIZE: Chest- 17 in across (34 around) Waist- 16-1/2 in across Skirt 20 in across Length- 40 in from top middle of shoulder to hem. Condition: Excellent. Looks like it's never been worn.
