1970’s Vintage Vicky Vaughn Glam Velvet Long Sleeved High Neck Dress, Black, S/M Gorgeous dress by Vicky Vaughn Jr’s Excellent condition with no flaws except that it originally had a tie belt which I no longer have. Imo, would look better with a structured belt. You can also cut off the belt loops if yoh don’t want to use them Unlined Long sleeved, high ruched neck with shiny buttons up the back of neck Plastic zip closure Will best fit a S/M, bust up to 36” and waist up to a 28”.
