1970’s Vintage Wippette Dress size Small

Precious little vintage mini dress from Wippette. Red color and cute white heart pattern. Zipper in back works but the little clasp at the top is missing. Fabric feels like cotton: fun Fact: this came from the estate sale of Edward Hermann aka Richard Gilmore. I believe it’s from the 1970’s but it’s just a best guess!
