1970s Vintage Wool Plaid Skirt

This was my mom's in the 1970s! It's been owned by one person all these years, and is finally ready for a new home. This skirt is wool with pleats and a lot of room for spinning. It has a garment worker's union tag, and a tag that says Size 10 (but that's in very outdated sizing, so we'll call it a small.) Measurements: Waist: 13” Length: 29” Across the hem: 45”
