1970's Vintage plaid skirt. S/M

I love the skirt; it’s from my private collection. It has two pockets & is made out of flannel cotton & it’s oh so comfy. The skirt is well-made, I bought it in a boutique in Woodstock New York, and is in perfect condition. This skirt is marked medium; measurements of today would indicate it’s more of a small. Care: I would place it in a lingerie bag & put it in the washer Measurements taken while lying flat & are approximate length 27” waist 13”
