A lovely baby blue polyester midi dress from the 1970s! The dress has a lace up front bodice with short sleeves, an empire waist with front and back elastic as well as side ties, and a full, tiered, midi length skirt. The bodice features pretty floral ribbon trim bordering the neckline and trimming the sleeves. The same trim edges the lace up / corset front and serves as the front tie. So pretty!
