1970s Wall Tapestry Little Red Riding Hood and the Gray Wolf by brothers Grim

Beautiful, black wall hanging with a fairy tale motif of Grimm's fairy tale, Little Red Riding Hood. A classic of the genre (size and fringe finish), it is an exceptional original because it is made of thick, woolen cloth, and it is not embroidered or woven, but painted with thickly applied paint (probably oil or similar). This is a miracle rug from the times of the USSR "Little Red Riding Hood and the Gray Wolf" by brothers Grim. Made in Germany (GDR) by Gobelin it is an extremely rare drawing with bright colors. Utterly charming tapestry. Dimensions: 160 cm x 65 cm (63" x 25.6") plus fringe Washable at 40 degrees Celsius/104 degrees Fahrenheit Open to reasonable offers. This is in used/preowned condition.
