Vintage maxi dress, manufactured ca. 1970s by Nancy II. Color block pattern with velour blue shoulders and plaid purple, blue, and white body and arms. Burlap-like texture on plaid fabric, velvety velour on solid blue fabric, shoulder pads, back button closure, long sleeves, buttons on wrist, belt loops, and matching blue belt.
