1970s handmade Mexican Natural brooch, rose bud stem with leaves

This is a handcrafted carved stone and silver brooch purchased in Mexico in the early 1970s. It looks magnificent on a lapel. The pin mechanism and catch work well. The pictures were taken after polishing. It has nice weight and is 3 1/4” long and 1 3/4” wide.
