1970s polyester vintage ruffle sleeve floral dress

Very 1970s. Very polyester. Mini dress with ruffle v-neck bust and ruffled sleeves. Buttons from bust to hem. Look at that floral pattern. 💐 By My Things California. No flaws that I can find. No size listed. Measurements (taken with garment lying flat): Bust 18" Waist 14" Hips 22" All my items are gently loved. I do my best to note any flaws. From a household with a cat and a dog. 🙀
