1980s Black and Pink Rosettes Prom Formal Dress Small

This 80s dress has tons of character! It's a prom or formal dress from the 80s that's full length with a corseted waist. The bottom hem has a soft pink ruffle trim. The neckline and shoulders are also pink trimmed with rosettes sewn into them. It has a pretty low neckline, which is hidden by the pink trim. It's very form fitting and larger in the bust area than the waist. It's tagged a size 10, but fits more like a modern 4ish. Please see the measurements.
