1980s CHARLES WILLIE Navajo Multi-Stone Inlay Watch Tips With Linel Case & Band

This is a beautiful pair of vintage sterling silver watch tips by the talented Navajo artist Charles Willie. Charles Willie is part of a group of Navajo silversmiths from the Gallup, NM area who specialize in inlay designs, known collectively as the Supersmiths. Each watch tip features a striking pattern of turquoise, jet, coral, and mother of pearl inlay. Included with the tips is a Linel watch case and a stainless steel stretch band; the watch is currently not running but likely just needs a new battery. Each tip is stamped CW STERLING on the back. The total length of each tip, measured along the curve, is 1.375”, with a width of 0.625” at the top and nearly 0.375” at the bottom, and an attachment tube width of 11.5mm. The total weight is 26 grams.
