1980’s Cadaz all silk floral ruffle peplum waist blouse with matching belt

Cadaz beautiful silk floral pleated peplum waist blouse with fabric wrapped belt, batwing sleeve, padded shoulders, body of the blouse is lined, back features fabric wrapped buttons closure, also the cuffs feature fabric wrapped roe of buttons Good Vintage condition. Belt buckle shows some wear of the fabric. Some minor stains, blouse needs light cleaning. The back of the blouse closure at the bottom a hook needs a fixed loop to close.
