1980s Children's Vintage Hand-Knit Teal Sweater with Leaf Design

Adorable vintage hand-knit sweater with a beautiful leaf design running up one side. Maybe a children's size medium or large? Excellent vintage condition. My guess is acrylic yarn but may be a wool/acrylic blend. Color is more teal than it looks in the photos. Measurements (flat): 16.5" pit to pit, 18" underarm to wrist, 20.75" shoulder to bottom hem. Collar is 4" wide and stretches to 7".
