1980s Draped Jersey Knit Tadashi Shoji Disco Midi Dress Hand Beaded Evening Gown

🌵A gorgeous example of 1980's doing the 20's Art Deco style. There is no tag in this dress other than the ILGWU but I do believe this to be Tadashi Shoji, he had an identical dress in his 1980s collection. I love the painstakingly hand beaded waist, the bubble skirt and the amazing gathered top. Feels like a rayon or polyester but there are no tags indicating such, just vintage Union tags. Heavy jersey knit fabric beautifully draped to create an almost turban looking dress. Super flattering and can be worn as a costume or to a formal night event. Made in the USA with ILGWU tags. 🌵Condition: Great vintage condition. No missing beads or any other issues 🌵Material ❉ No tags indicating fabric but it feels like a polyester or rayon 🌵 Size: ❉ Will best fit up to a medium ❉ 16 inches pit to pit laid flat but the top is very gathered.
