1980s Graphic Polka Dot Print Blouson Top

1980s poly polka dot blouse with black ribbed knit finishing at the bottom. Has two rows of black plastic buttons up the front, though only one is functional. Has some nylon fabric positioned where shoulder pads would be, though there's no padding there. When it's lying flat it measures 21.5" pit to pit and 23.5" long. At the time this was offered by a petites brand, so please make sure to consider the length measurement when deciding if it'll fit the way you want it to. Condition is very good. Has a little snag on the right side of the chest that tends to be hidden behind the fold of the collar.
