1980s Horace Small Thinsulate Jacket Police First Responders Uniform

This top is vintage from the 80s circa 1988 or 1989. It still has the original tags offering a "1989 deal" and one year warranty. This jacket is actually really cool. It features an interior Thinsulate liner that is completely removable by zipper. There's interior pockets, exterior pockets, a badge holder (?) or walkie holder on the left breast and velcro at the sleeves. I'm not super familiar with this brand but it's Horace Small and I think they serve the police force/first responders professionals. They're actually still in business and advertise for police and firemen uniforms. Dry clean only, size 40 (size M or possibly L)./
