1980's JILL RICHARDS does 1940's FULL LENGTH BLACK VELVET GOWN

I purchased this beauty at a consignment shop years ago. I never wore it. JILL RICHARDS is a high-end brand from the 1980's. This is a fabulous take on a classic 1940's formal gown. So chic. This black velvet gown with illusion black flocked dots bodice and sleeves is elegant and timeless. It has a flattering sweetheart neckline. (necklace not included). This beautifully made dress is fully lined with zipper back and hook and eye closures. There is a 18 1/2 inch slit in the back. The velvet is in perfect condition. The top back has a few small snags, see photos.
