Rich teal blue color. It has a nipped waist to give that voluminous outline. Measurements (flat): Bust: 17” Waist: 13.5” Hip: 17.5-21” Sleeve Length: 18” Arm Opening: 8” Shoulder to Shoulder: 15.25” Shoulder to Waist: 15” Length: 45” No flaws that I found.
