This stunning vintage piece by Mr. Blackwell is in amazing condition and is new with tags! It has a green base fabric and is patterned with purple, blue, and yellow splotches. There are silver rhinestone accents on the front and one on each sleeve. This dress comes with a tie for the waist for the perfect hourglass shape. Slightly puffed sleeves, shallow v-neck. There is a back zipper closure and a hook and loop at the top of the zipper.
