1980's Neon Track Suit Costume + Earrings + Scrunchie Women's Plus Size 3X

29" across the front from each under arm seam. 33" long from top of shoulder at neckline down. 34"-36" waist. This is a costume and not an actual tracksuit you could wear everyday. You would wear this over leggings and a shirt. I purchased this to wear to a 80's party out of state. I left the day before it arrived and did not get to use it. Pre owned, excellent condition.
