1980s Vintage Rene Lezard taffeta & flocked velvet snatched waist wrap top

Vintage European size 36, roughly US size 6/8 deep burgundy, wrap back tie dressy blouse. It's a shiny polyester taffeta fabric, with dark burgundy, almost black velvet embellishment. Long sleeve, crossover/wrap, and ties at the waist. Actual measurements are in the photographs. Absolutely perfect condition, no missing buttons no tears no stains no rips - just pretty.
