1980's SL Petites Navy Floral Dress

Cute vintage navy dress with a cheery floral pattern and deep v neckline, trimmed with crochet and a sewn in dickey panel. It's modest yet playful and can be dressed up or down depending on accessories. The dress comes with a matching belt that's made of faux leather and fabric sewn on top. Zips and buttons tat the back. Sewn in shoulder pads. Has pockets! In great vintage condition. No tears or stains. Belt shows some wear on underside and on buckle from age and use. Please reference photos.
