1980s Saks Fifth Avenue Schrader Sport New York vintage dress. This black and white polka dot dress has belt loops, but the original belt is missing. Lightweight silky polyester fabric. Made in USA union label. Black buttons down the front of the dress. There are pulled threads down the front as shown in last two photos. Belt not included.
