1980s Scassi Vintage Black Crystal Pleat Dress

From the designer famous for dressing many first ladies Arnold Scassi. The long sleeve dress has a crystal pleated skirt that flares out. Invisible zip back closure. All in one sleeve with no armhole seam. This elegant dress is perfect for work events, dinners or cocktail parties. The original belt from the dress is missing and a different belt was added. There is discoloration/staining inside the dress, around the armhole lining, but it doesn't show on outside. Measurements in comments
