This is a classy dress with a flirty peplum and gathered cummerbund-style folds covering the rib cage. There's a walking slit in back This has been in my collection since the 80s. See the pictures for the pretty design details. I would call this a SMALL. Measurements are: Bust: 34", Waist: 24", Hips: 36", Length: 38" (knee length or below), Shoulders from seam to seam: 15".
