Vintage 1987!SHOULDER PADS! PEPLUM!Black Pencil Skirt. Soft cotton.Thicker than t-shirt material. Looks like animal print but look closely..they are LITTLE PEOPLE!! Silhouettes of people shopping, hailing a cab, men carrying their lady’s bags?!? Whatever you want it to be!! No tags on the inside but it’s a size 16/18 Measurement around the chest is 42..around the high waist without the stretching is 38 and lower black part with the peplum measures 44. Belt from end to end measures 48 inches.

what is the hip measurement? is the shirt part stretchy?

@ashleysharp97 I’m the description I have every measurement that isn’t in the photos. Description says 44 hip. The top part isn’t stretchy. I haven’t worn it since 1988 LOL, but pretty sure there wasn’t too much stretch in the top.
