1980s navy velvet evening dress. Lovely early 80s vintage blue velvet dress 🔹wide neckline with v-cut back, puff sleeves and three pearl buttons. Flattering 40s style cut with front darts and tea length skirt. Zips up the back, bodice is satin lined. Good vintage condition, ILGWU tag 🏷️ (1975-1990). No size tag, fits like a modern women’s size 4-6. Bust: up to 36” Waist: up to 30” Hips: up to 38” Overall length: 44”
