1980's Velvet Taffeta Ruffle Cocktail Party Dress

Eye-catching plaid Taffeta and black velvet ruffle party dress. In the 80's in London, we called these 'Ra-Ra' dresses. Jeweled buttons down the front as a closure. In excellent condition. Size is small. (By today's standards, a size 4). It will fit up to a 34 inch bust, 26 inch waist and 36 inch hip. Length from shoulder to hem is 33 inches. Sleeve length is 20 inches. Not a dress for a wall-flower as it's going to get you noticed. Very fun and whimsical.
