A 1980s vintage ILGWU Union Made pencil skirt. This piece features a black vertical stripe and splatter pattern over a semi-reflective turquoise base. It also features an elastic waistband and slit back. It is labeled on the interior, but is unbranded. Size - 8 (women's) - model is 5'1" and wears a women's size small/medium Measurements (taken while laid flat and doubled when necessary) Waist - 22" to 30" Hips - 38" Top to bottom - 27" Material - no labeled material, but feels like polyester.
