1980s WNY top. Size large please see measurements below.

Black WNY top with gold belt and chain pattern. Bottom part of top has a print of suitcases and bags. Sides are notched. Five gold buttons down the front. Size large Chest 23" Waist 22.5" Length 30.5" Tag is worn out but it feels like a cotton polyester blend. It looks like it's from the 1980s and is in great condition.
