otsandterri86 Hi! what are the measurements on this dress? What type of fabric?

sneet10 @otsandterri86 Hello. The neck down to waist is 11 inches. Across the chest from armhole to armhole is 15 inches. Midway across the chest is 15.5 inches. Approaching the waist it is 14 inches across and 12 inches across at the waist. Hence why it is is quite fitted. Length is 44.5 from top to bottom. Outer shell is chiffon material and inner is like a crepe. But both are listed as polyester.
