1980s does 1940s floral dress - the notebook

Cheap way to get that vintage look, very cute flutter sleeve dress, teal and purple pink flowers, small shoulder pads that could be removed. No tag, I’m a US size 6 and it fits me well with a little room. Would likely work for a small medium too. Can’t find any flaws but it’s a ~30+ year old garment, so keep that in mind. Very flattering!
