1980s dress floral tulips full skirt with pockets

This is a very pretty 1980s dress in an abstract floral with subtle, tone on tone polka dots. The fabric is light weight, slightly sheer and has a woven texture.The bodice has a nice pleated detail at the neck, adding fullness at the bust. The waist is elastic and there is a matching wide belt. The sleeves are slightly puffed at the shoulders. Pockets on each side.
