1980s flapper shoulder pad fringed cocktail dress

*Very* vintage look. This is from the 1980s. It is a cross between flapper, Scarface and western. I love the sheer panel over the chest. It has big shoulder pads. It fits as a small or medium. It is Stephenelle brand which might not exist anymore. See photo of tag for measurements. I am listing it as a size 4.
