1980s royal blue silk shift dress with neckline modesty panel, short sleeves, S

Vintage 80s straight silhouette blue silk dress. Pockets sit at the hip. Pleats at neckline. There’s a dart on the shoulder of the sleeve. The shoulder pads were removed. The white modesty panel can’t be removed, unless you take it out permanently,but it can be dropped down into the dress. The back of the dress is straight with no darts. The dress is marked size 6, but fits smaller than a modern size 6, more like a 4. The mannequin’s measurements are 34/26/36, with a B cup. Says dry clean but it was hand washed cold, air dried, and steamed with no problems. From a smoke free and pet free home.
