1980s russ blouse

1980s rrrruss blouse made in USA. beige shirt with tiered accent covering the buttons, rounded white collar, thick white cuffs and pleated shoulders. no size tag but I believe this is a large. measurements are 22" p to p and 25.5" long. excellent quality. unmistakeably genuine vintage.
