1980s vintage necklace

This vintage 1980s to 1990s piece is so unique. The pendant is a painted person with a black western looking hat and a fan. The face of the person is sassy or moody. The beads are lightweight and maybe plastic and ceramic. There I a small little chip on the side of the pendant. see photo. the beads also show some wear from age.
