1989 World Series New-in-box Christmas Ornament. The 1989 World Series was a Battle of the Bay, with the Oakland A's against the San Francisco Giants. This series probably even more well known for the Loma Prieta earthquake that shook the Bay on October 17, 1989. The series was postponed until the end of October due to the damage to Candlestick Park. This is a true gem for any A's or Giants fan!
