1990’s 3/4 sleeve grey lace tie-front cardigan VTG

Shown over a black sweater. The tags are missing (because they would have shown through the lace), but i am fairly confident this is Charlotte Russe from the late ‘90s. I remember wearing this back in my CR days. It’s nice and soft. I wore this a few times, so it’s not super crisp. It’s mildly fuzzy like a sweater. No tears or pulls. Measurements laying flat: (stretches) Pit-to-pit: 19.5” - 23” Shoulders: 17” - 19” Arm length: 19” Shoulder to hem: 31.5” (Seam to seam on hem: 23”)
