Late 1990's Halter Maxi-Dress from Speechless size Large tag (please see measurements for best fit). Black Jersey polyester+ spandex fabric with black satin polyester and Black pleated chiffon polyester. Pull on with elastic at back top. Empire Waist with Pleated Satin band under bust that ties at back. Pleated chiffon cups have soft fabric at back and soft cups inside, allowing bra-less option. Prong set rhinestone bands at top of cups. Long adjustable halter ties. Faux 'Wrap' front with shorter open front. Thin satin trim at all free edges of skirt. In Great condition with light signs of wear. Shown cinched tight on 5'11" size 4/6 mannequin. Measurements taken laying flat and doubled where appropriate.
