1990s CALVIN PETERSON Navajo Sterling Bear Paw Overlay Watch Tips Case & Band

This is a pair of striking vintage sterling silver watch tips by Navajo artist Calvin Peterson. Each watch tip features a bold overlay bear paw design, with one tip double stamped CP STERLING and the other C STERLING P along the back lower edge. Included is a quartz watch case and a stainless steel stretch band. The watch is currently not running and likely just needs a battery. The tips measure just over 1.375” along the curve, with a width of 1” at the widest point and 0.75” at the bottom. The attachment tube width is 17mm, and the total weight is 63 grams. Condition Note: there is surface scratching from wear on these tips; one has more pronounced scratches than the other (as pictured in closeup photo.)
